Including resource projects in EAR

Hi. I’m using WSAD IE 5.1.1. I’m wondering why I can’t add resource projects (properties/config files) to an EAR file. Can this be done? If yes, how? If no, why not?

Ideally, I’d like to add a resource project as a JAR file (or other compressed format) to my EAR file.
