Instant Generator is exporting hidden/rogue associations

Hi,

When I use Instant Generator -> XML Schema (I tried other types of generators and it has the same problem), it generates a hidden/rogue association. There is no association line between 2 models, but it generates one anyway. I went through the property list for the class diagram, but I couldn’t find the association it was generating.

So I tried creating a new association and then deleting it. But the new association just got generated as ClassName_2.

I tried using Help -> Maintenance -> Repair Project

But it made no difference.

How can I fix this problem? It is quite annoying.

I am running VP-UML 7.2 SP2

Hi Rain,

I managed to delete the association in the end by going into the “Class Specification” property box under the “Relations” tab.

So it’s all good now.
