I am evaluating Visual Paradigm and I am impressed with the product. I am having some issues though. I am trying to reverse engineer java files and VP is throwing me the error “java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space”.
Please let me know how to set heap space in VP and what is the optimum heap space (both the ms and mx attribute)

Hi Nandish,
You can run VP-UML with a batch file with the predefined -Xmx value. You can find the batch file under $vp-suite/bin/VP-UML.bat

Actually 512m is optimum. But for your case, you may need to set a higher value.
By the way, did you try reverse the source as index? This can reduce the resource consumption when reversing your source. For more details, please read:
