Instant reverse to a Entity Relationship Diagram

Hello,

With the Tools/Instant Reverse/JDBC sub menu I build a class diagram with the database entities.

Now I wish to transform this result on a Entity Relationship Diagram.

Is it possible with VP for UML Standard version ? :wink:

And how do this ? :wink:

Hi N.Maurice,

Thanks for your post. In VP-UML Professional Edition or above, you will be able to generate Entity Relational Diagram (ERD) from a Class Diagram. Standard Edition does not have this feature.
In addition, Professional Edition or above supports reverse engineering from database to ERDs.

FYI, you’ve mentioned you reverse to JDBC, which is rather old, Instant Reverse has limitation regarding to JDBC.
