I’m having and issue with trying to integrate the visual paradigm plug-in into visual studio 2019 (community).
I read the topic on the same issue from Mars 9, but didn’t find any solution.
the installer in Visual-Paradigm indicates on successful installation but the VP options are not present in Visual-Studio.
I can also send the log file (the forum doesn’t allow this to new users).

By the way, if you open the IDE Integration window now from Visual Paradigm, do you see the option for Visual Studio checked or unchecked?

First of all, could you check again to see if the “Start Visual Paradigm” menu is missing in Visual Studio:
If it’s missing, please check the Manage Extension page of Visual Studio, see if you can find the extension SDE for Visual Studio 2019:
If the extension is enabled, please try to reset the menu in Tools → Customize:
