Is your applications build to support apple silicon only - not as universal binary?
My intel-based mac (2019 MacOS Monterey 12.4) refuses to run it.

Our default download is specific for Apple Silicon. For Intel-base Mac please expend the More Options in download page to download the software package specific for Intel. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

BTW, we had enhanced the download page and now showing both download options for Mac side by side. Hopefully this can avoid other users having similar confusion. Thanks for letting us know the problem you experienced
