"Invalid project file" when trying to open/convert old format

Hi,
I installed VP UML 5.0 and tried to open one of my diagrams made in 4.0 and it says it’s going to convert the file when I save, but when I click OK i get an “Invalid project file” error.

Any ideas?

The project has one small sequence diagram in it so I could send/attach it somewhere…

This turned out to be a CVS update problem. (needed to specify binary format client-side).

I also had a Visual Paradigm project which started out fine, after I turned off the laptop, I reopened the project, it became invalid, even though it was very important to me.
