Issue connecting to a shared project

Hi all,

For some reason, I am not being able to connect to a shared project. I can access to my personal account on the online version but when I try to connect using the link provided me, it goes to nowhere.

I did go in once. So I am not sure what is happening that I can’t get to it again.

So the question is: What could have gone wrong here?
