Just bought this product and have fantastic expectations.

I need to reverse engineer a DB.

Have set up the connection as follows:

All of my tcp IP and so on is enabled… don’t know what I am doing wrong.

Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for the inconvenience caused. May I collect your log file? This will certainly help us find out the reason why the connection is being refused. You can export the log file from the About window (Help > About). After that, upload the file to:
