License requirements for postmania usage

Hello,
I couldn’t find any license requirements for postmania usage in
https://www.visual-paradigm.com/shop/vp.jsp?license=perpetual

In order to let the everyone use the postmania as viewer or follower is there any license requirement or fee?

Another question regarding postmania; is there a way to post to a mailgroup or group defined in teamserver ?

  1. Non-Visual Paradigm users can view the design shared by users of Visual Paradigm. No additional cost or license is needed.

  2. Currently, we do not support posting to a mailgroup or user group. Sorry about this.
