Line jumps for sequence flow connectors - not working

Hi,
I am trying to create a line jump on my BPM diagram and it’s not doing anything. I was able to do it before on the same project. Maybe is there a another setting turned on which is preventing this?

Hi,

Did you review "Line Jumps" have a mind of their own?

I did and I used your first reply to use the Connector from the back ground but it changed only 1 line jump.
It didn’t do anything for others.

All of a sudden the line jumps worked without making any changes
