what is the difference between a model and metamodel ? Yes, meta means data about data and all such structural framework for models etc., but can someone please answer this in a clear way with an example ?

Thank you for your message. Maybe you can think it like this: the metamodel is describing the model and the model is the instance of the metamodel. One of the examples is the class and instance. In the class you can define different attributes to it, and the variation of the attribute at the instance is unlimited. Although it’s not a very good example to illustrate the relationship, but hop you can understand what I mean.
