Model element's name not showing on diagram unless it is under editing mode

I know the problem is almost the same as this one here:

except it happens on Ref box.

The solution does not work for me, I had created the UserSpecific.options file with the argument value suggested, I even tried -2,-3,-4,-6 … but it just does not work.

Value won’t show if it is not under editing mode.

For the Interaction Use (ref) default will not show its name. Instead it will show the name of the interaction it referring. i.e. after right click on the Interaction Use and select an interaction under Refer to, then the name of the referring interaction will be shown.
