Multiple connections to the same activity diagram

I have a use case named “uc1” and a use case named “uc2” who included from uc1.

Now I particularize “uc2” with a activity diagram, “act2”. (context-menu --> subdiagram --> activity diagram --> create acitvity diagram)

Thereafter I particularize “uc1” with a activity diagram, “act1”.
In this activity diagram - “act1” - I will reference the another activity diagram - “act2”. (The another diagram is a part of this diagram)
If I do it as context-menu --> subdiagram --> activity diagram --> create acitvity diagram, then the I loses the other reference, from the use case “uc2” to the same activity diagram “act2”.

Do you have any suggestions?

May I know you create activity diagram as sub-diagram on which element? Do you really create new activity diagram, or you actually add existing activity diagram?
