Multiple monitors causes v14.x to silently crash on startup

Hello,
We have just added a seconds monitor to our workstations and have noticed that v14.x will silently fail on startup. The splash screen is presented, then it ask for confirmation of the repository you wish to use and once you click the button to continue, the application dies.

Reverting back to a single monitor will allow it to run.

Is there a solution to this problem?

I’m sorry about the problem you experienced. We are running VP in multiple monitors and without any problem on it. Would you please send me your log file to have a look? You can export the log file from the About dialog of VP application. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
