I downloaded VP Suite Community Edition for Mac OS X. I din’t find SDE-Eclipse in it.
Is that a problem or is VP Suite shipped that way for Mac.

Yes, you won’t be able to find it either. At this point in time, the SDE for Eclipse does not work on Mac OS X. We believe that it should be able to work when JDK 1.5 is released for Mac.
