Not able to login via Google

I’m not able to log in with my google to my Visual Paradigm Online workspace . The error says “Invalid email/password (AK006)”.I need the diagrams i made there urgently but i dont know how to fix that?

We tested the Google Login option and confirm it works. May I know you perform login by enter your email address & password? or by pressing the Google Login button (A or B as image below)? Look forward to hearing from you.
