if I work on a project that is in the teamwork client (local) and I save it in the aforementioned, then I decide to save it outside the teamwork client (local), how can I reopen it without losing the project data? because currently if I try I can no longer view the diagrams and I have the project that was previously full, now it is empty
Thank you for your inquiry. I’m sorry that some project data such as web diagrams (diagrams marked with Powered by Visual Paradigm Online Technologies), Story Map & Scrum Process, Just-in-time Process, etc… are directly stored in server side. It require the project saved in dedicated local location to maintain the association. Once the project saved outside the dedicated location then we will not consider the project have any linkage with the server, and therefore the access to those server side data will be loss. I’m sorry about our limitation on this.
