Output file from parsing source code does not exist

Hello, I am trying to reverse engineer C++ code on Windows 10 and I’m getting this error.

Reason :
Output file from parsing source code does not exist.
C:\Users\dcamen1a\AppData\Roaming\VisualParadigm\tmp\irTemp2056066053479000619temp\ouf\index.xml

If the above file does not exist, please make sure there are execute permission to all files under the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Visual Paradigm 16.3\bin\vp_windows

Would you please send us your log files to have a look? You can export it form the Help > About dialog of your VP application. If you don’t want to send it via forum you can then send to us by email (support@visual-paradigm.com). Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

Would you please help to collect the log file as mentioned in the previous post and send us for diagnosis?

Hi Rain, I am sorry I do not remember how we got around this issue before. I think we just used full reverse instead of instant reverse, but I am not 100% certain. I am no longer in a position to gather the log file.
