PDF Documentation: Table of contents headings do not jump

On the pdf documention, the table of content headings should be clickable and when clicked should jump to appropriate chapter. Many PDF manuals/documentation have this feature. For example see

http://update.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobatreader/win/5.x/enu/reader.pdf

Currently, your PDF documentation is useless unless I want to go through the documentation page by page to get to the chapter I’m interested in. Which becomes real tiresome on a 300 page PDF document like yours.

Please fix.
