Problem with importing xmi file from Borland Together Designer 2005

Greetings
I export project in Borland Together Designer 2005 and try to import in VP Community Edition. Nothing is happen but only shows log messages(log file attached)with two warnings: 1.“import handler not found for UML:TagDfinition.” 2. Unkown Exporter: NetBeans XMI Writer"
I will be very grateful for help.
Without import i have to make all again
