Problem with upgrade to Agilian 1.3

Hi!

We changed to from 1.2 to 1.3. But we forgot to release licence from local PC. Now, when we have new floating licence server, we cannot release old licence.
What to do? Is it possible just to remove licence from local PC?

Dear Ingus,

Thanks for your message but I’m sorry that just remove the license form local PC will not help. I suggest you can download and install the “no install” version of Agilian 1.2 from the link I sent to you via email. After that launching Agilian 1.2 to release the key back to server. If you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact me again.

Thank you for quick replay!

It was not still possible to import back licence with Agilian 1.2 to server x.3. Finally we reinstal licence server x.3 and only then it was possible to import back local licence.
