I have problems manually resizing shapes in a diagram. I have seen this for quite a while now over several VP versions. When I select a shape, the “handles” appear but when I go to grab one of them to resize the shape, you can see the pointer briefly flash into and out of the resizing icon. It never actually lets me grab the handle. Sometimes even though the pointer isn’t in the “resize” mode, it does let me drag the side to resize it but it’s kind of random if I’m able to do that. It’s almost like the target zone recognized by the mouse pointer is less than resolution of the pointer relative to the display.
I haven’t experimented with it, but I’m slightly suspicious about my display resolution since I bump that up because my old eyes can’t deal with tiny text.
