Project Publisher - Publish only parts of a project?

It seems that the project publisher is only able to publish the whole project and not parts of it.
Is there a way to publish only certain diagrams?

That is now changed, the latest version of agilian you can put all the diagrams you want to publish with project publisher into a logical model, then right click to publish only the diagrams you want.
