Purchased the product where is the License Key?

I purchased the modeller yesterday and paid for it. I got a note at the end of the process saying sales will contact me. No contact as yet and I need to export this stuff to pdf (I used the community edition). How long does it take these guys to provide a key ?

(hacked off cos it should be given at payment time - that is usual not this waiting around)

Thank you for your message. According to my record your order has been processed and you already logged in to our customer service center (https://cs.visual-paradigm.com). May I know have you downloaded the license key in your customer service center account?
