Report Writer Engine download

Hi,

I have downloaded successfully the Report Writer zip file, but the installation does not seem to work.

I waited for over one hour and the progress reported was still 0%, with no sign of any activity.

I have been running the download from Visual Paradigm UML Professional 3.2, via the selection of the Report Writer icon.

Should I be running this some other way?

Hello Stevea,

Would you mind send me the vp.log file to have a look? You can find the vp.log file inside the bin folder of VP Suite. Thanks in advance!

Hi Rain,

I have been unable to locate the vp.log file in the VP 3.2 suite folder.

I am running VP on MS Vista Business edition, if this makes any difference.

Hi Steve,

Please be sure that you are running VP with admin permission. Otherwise, the log file may not be able to be created.
