Hi,
I am using VP-UML 5.0 V20051020 under linux with Java™ 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_03-b07) and I have the following problem:
the mouse scrolling inside of the diagram window is very slow. In the other window parts it’s ok. Where can I change this behaviour?
I have looked in the settings and in the manuals but I found nothing
Please help. Thanks.
Best Regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Sorry for the problem. I will forward your suggestion to our engineers and see if you can fine-tine the scrolling behavior (or make it customizable).
At this moment, please use the Diagram Overview functionality to determine the part of diagram you wish to view.
Best Regards,
Jick
Hi Jick,
thanks for reply. The scrolling problem is in all diagrams! with other window parts I mean all other windows like modeller view or logical view.
Best Regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for the reply. I understand the problem you talked about. What I mean is you can, as a workaround, select from Diagram Overview the portion of diagram to be displayed on the diagram pane. (please refer to the attachment)

Hi Thomas,
I would like to notify you that our engineers are now fixing the slow scrolling issue. Meanwhile, you can scroll with ‘shift’ button pressed. This will increase the distance per each scroll.
Best Regards,
Jick
