SDE for Visual Studio menu items are disabled

Hi.I have downloaded and installed SDE 4.4 for Visual Studio Professional.The problem appears when i open visual studio and i load the SDE-VS.After i have loaded it all the windows and menu items of SDE are disabled.In other words it seems as if the SDE is not working.Any ideas?Thanks In Advance.

Thank you for the post. Please try to start SDE-VS inside Visual Studio by right-clicking on the Visual Studio project and select Open SDE-VS in the popup menu.
