SDE-VS Update to Code for Package

What does the “Update to Code” option do for UML packages? It doesn’t seem to create any source artifacts in the C# project. I would expect it to create a folder.

Also, if I create packages in the model, and classes within them, and perform an “Update to Code” on the classes with/without the packages, it also does not create the classes in the correct folder/package structure.

Is there a way to force folder creation for new packages?
