How do you create a return message in Visual Paradigm online sequence diagram?

Hi Sonny,

It is called “Reply Message” in our tool, it is the 3rd button in the Sequence diagram palette, just below Lifeline and Message.

I know what it is called. The problem is that it is not accessible when using the online edition of Visual Paradigm. The reply message does not drop when you drag it from the toolbox to the drawing canvas.

There is no issue with the desktop edition.

Hi Sonny,

There may be difference in usage between VP Online and VP Desktop. For VP Online, you have to click on the Reply Message button to select it, press on the source lifeline, then drag and drop over the target lifeline before releasing the mouse button. Most connectors in VP Online need to be created this way.
