New here, and just got my license yesterday. I am making a simple flowchart that I completed, submitted for customer review, and now I need to make edits to it.
When I am trying to open the file now, however, I am stuck in a “preparing” loop that does not seem to end.
Any suggestions on how to address this? I think the relevant log sections appear below. I can provide entire log .zip file if necessary.
