[Solved] VPUML Modeler - No print service found

I’m running VP for UML Modeler Edition on Kubuntu 6.10. Although cupsys is running, I can’t print or do any page setup, getting the error: No print service found (see attachment error.png). I’ll throw in the log file, too.

We will look into this issue. Meanwhile, may I know if you have other Java application that have the same problem?

if using GNU/linux with cups, simply comment one ‘LISTEN’ line in cupsd.conf


 Listen localhost:631
#Listen /var/run/cups/cups.sock

Thanks andrep, that worked! For others finding this thread, remember to restart cups after the config change: “/etc/init.d/cupsys restart”.
