I need to document some SSAS tabular data models. Is there a way to use Visual Paradigm to do the reverse engineering of these data models to generate and ERD and data dictionary?

Sorry that it is not supported, Visual Paradigm supports reverse engineering these databases:
Also support reverse Data Definition Language (DDL) of MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase ASE, PostgreSQL, Firebird.
Once you have the ERD, you can compose a report with data dictionary by Doc. Composer.
