I have created a folder for my school project and I have saved diagrams on the folder. However, the link doesnt work on desktop version.
Also, I cannot connect with my Google account.
the error message I receive is :Workshop_3.vpp://diagram/rM1w9wWD.AAAAQxl
The link will works only if the project file (the Workshop_3.vpp in your case) is located either inside your local workspace folder or the VPProject folders under user home. May I know where is your Workshop_3.vpp located?

The workshop project file is currently located in my teammate’s local folder.
I am currently using a VP Online workspace, but our diagrams were created using Visual Paradigm Desktop and are stored in a local .vpp project file. Is there a way to upload or synchronize this existing Desktop project with our VP Online workspace so that all team members can access the same project and open the diagram links? Or do we need to use Teamwork Server for this?

The VP Online do server as the role of your repository. If you and your teammate are connect to the same VP Online workspace then he/she can import the project to VP Online (using save as > VP Online), and grant you access permission of the project. After that you will able to checkout the project form VP Online to perform modifications. Once you finished the modifications you can then commit the changes back to VP Online so that others can download your changes.
