Thank you for your post. To enable word wrap, open the Formats Panel first. Then, check Word Wrap.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Currently, word wrap is not supported for data object shape. You can only insert a manual line break by pressing Alt-Enter. I will forward your need to our development team for further studying.
