My colleague has downloaded the VP suite and has the valid key .
I downloaded the VP suite too, but when i try to give the key given by him , i get an error message saying, Import license file did not succeed.The same license key(same serial number) already exists in the repository..
I have the trial licence key which imports successfully.
But i want to use the other license I have.
My friends license is for version 1.2 and does not have an expiry date , but I have version 1.3.
Do i need to download oder version of Agilian , to be able to use this license?
Please tell me the link from where I can download 1.2 VP Suite.

If you do not receive one, it is possible that the security settings of your E-mail program are preventing our E-mail from being delivered to you. Please find it from the junk or trash folders. Thanks!

Thanks for your post. Could you please try to remove all the keys (select License Keys > Remove All Keys) in the License Key Manager, then import the key again and see if this works?
If this does not work, could you please send me a screenshot of the License Key Manager with the options “Expired Keys” and “All Keys” turned on? Thanks!

in my system the key is shown up as valid when i close the licence manage the software says invalid licence key closing the program…
Can you send the screenshot of the key manager with show all keys and show expired options to support-team@visual-paradigm.com to have a look?
