when i install any version of visual paradigm it gives me the error : C:\Program files\visual paradigm17.0\jre\bin\ucrtbase.dll coudn’t create this file how can i fix the issue?
The file you mentioned should be from an installed VP software. Do you mean you do able to install the software, but it fail to run?
