UML liscene Key invalid, already exsists in the repository

when i try to import my liscence key it tells me that error message??

Dear Anonymous,

Please remove the license key repositoy at %HOME_DIR%/.vplls, restart the tool and import the key again. If the problem still persists, please send me the license key. You can reach me at jick@visual-paradigm.com.

Same problem.

I delete the licence file as suggested and import on re-starting. It accepts the licence puts it in a list saying it is valid. When I try to close the licence import form the licence details disappear but if I click on show valid licences it re-appears. When I close, then close again, I get the message that the licence key is invalid!

Hi kjedwards,

Thanks for the screenshots. By referring to the images, the license key that you imported is for SDE, but the tool being launched is VP-UML. To unlock VP-UML, please press the Request Key button (You may refer to the 2 image from the archive). This will brings you to the key request page, from where you can ask for a key for VP-UML. When you obtained the key, run the tool and then import it into the Key Manager. VP-UML will then start properly.
