Unable to connect to an online workspace from the desktop client

I am unable to connect to an online workspace from the desktop client. It gives me a “Failed to connect server” error. The owner of the workspace shared it with me, and I am using the workspace ID that was in the invitation email.

Hello, I think the problem is with my work laptop. I am working with our IT department to find a fix. Other computers work fine.
