Errr… the question might seem stupid, but as i can’t find a uninstall item in the config panel’s “remove program”, desktop user menu, or program itself, how do i uninstall?

If you are referring to Visual Paradigm for UML or SDE for Visual Studio, you should be able to uninstall the program in Control Panel “Add/Remove Program”. For other SDEs, you need to perform the uninstallation manually, typically you need to delete the plugin folder of SDE in that particular IDE home directory.
