We’re experiencing problems with Commit OR Update actions (depending on the machine). On some machines Commit works, but update does not show anything in the change window. On other machines Update works but there’s no chance to Commit anything. It causes also certain problems with uncontrolled ovverriding.
Is it a known problem ? If it is, how can we workaround it ?
Would you mind tell me more details about your problem? Can you send me the vp.log file from the bin folder of Teamwork Server and your client to have a look? Thanks in advance!
I cannot tel you more than I did before. There’s simply nothing within Commit / Update window when trying to exchange data between client & server (the window looks like disabled with no information within the sync-view).

May I ask you or any other person from technical support to let me know when the file I sent few days ago will be fixed. We are stopped with our project until the file will be repaired and send back to us and lack of information for few days make us feel very uncomfortable.
