I would like to create a template for the description of my Use Cases.
That has worked well, but how do I use it? All I found is to select every Use Case I have and manually set the description to “Other” and select my created template file.
Is it not possible to use the template as standard? I have tried the flag “set as default”, but still no luck
another question regarding Use Case descriptions.
When I use a standard template, some fields are already filled with information, like the name of the author and the date. With my template this is not done.
Thanks for your message. We are sorry that at the moment the user defined template are not included in the default setting for creating new use case details. And for the default text in user defined use case details, we are sorry that currently this is not supported in user defined templates. I’ll discuss with our engineers about this issue and get back to you.
Too bad these features are not supported so far.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether or not it is planned to support these in the future.
