Visaul Paragigm forgot License File

Hello,
my chef have installed bofore a few month VP, now he say:“every time i access the license over the Floating License Server, Agilian forgot the License after Closing the App”.
He has installed his Workspace in c:\VP\user\VPworkspace.
What can be the reason, Problems with the rights? Where is Agilian save the Licenseinformation, after contact the Floating License Server?

Thanks for your post. The configuration of Floating License Server is stored in ${VP_Suite_installation_dir}/bin folder, please ensure your colleague has writing permission to the “bin” folder. Should you have any further inquiry, please feel free to ask.
