Visual Paradigm 16.2 Community Edition for Windows?

Good morning,
is it possible to have a download link for the 16.2 version of the Community Edition for Windows? A colleague of mine is using the 16.2 version and if I update to the latest version he wouldn’t be able to open the project files anymore, so it would be best if we both used the 16.2 version.
