Visual Paradigm 17 lost connectivity to vp-online

Also cannot raise support ticket from IDE or on vp-online, does any of your software work, to think I actually paid money for it.

Can I get a refund? It is not worth my time to struggle to make it work.

You can contact me for details as I already spent to much time trying to raise the ticket with all the details, without success.
