Visual Paradigm 8.2 EMF copy not working

Using: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits SP1

I cannot copy diagram elements through “Copy to clipboard as image EMF”. Seems nothing is copied to the clipboard.
JPG option is working fine.

I have tried to run VP as administrator, I have tried with the zip version and installer version but no luck.

Anybody can help me?

Thank you for your message and would you mind send me the vp.log file to have a look? You can find it inside the bin folder of VP Suite. Thanks and look forward to hear from you.
