Visual Paradigm CE 16_2 20210101_Win64 Not Launch

The application doesn’t launch. By every try to open the application I’m getting these logs in

I reinstalled and updated the application already but all haven’t worked

The problem is associated with your display card driver. Please update the display card driver and try again. Besides, you can try to run Visual Paradigm by running 16.2\Visual Paradigm 16.2\Application\scripts\VisualParadigm.bat

Yes, it works with VisualParadigm.bat
My graphic driver is NVIDIA GTX 960M and I have the latest version(v. 461.09)
but I think I could run the visual paradigm when I haven’t installed the graphic driver yet!!
