Please share required communication (protocols and ports) for:

  • on premise teamwork server to internet for updates downloads,
  • VP desktop to on premise server for updates download from on premise
  • VP desktop to internet to display additional diagrams, community circle, etc.

It’s important because of security policies, which block unnecessary communication channels.

Thank you for your post. The answer is as below:

  • on premise teamwork server to internet for updates downloads,
    port 1999

  • on premise teamwork server to internet for updates downloads
    the server checks update through https (port 443)

  • VP desktop to on premise server for updates download from on premise
    server port (default 1999)

  • VP desktop to internet to display additional diagrams, community circle, etc.
    https (443)
