Visual paradigm does not open when installation is complete

Hi. I had visual paradigm, but I uninstalled it from my windows user’s program and reinstalled it, but when the installation finishes, the program does not open. I already tried reinstalling but it remains the same. I hope you can help me, the truth is I don’t know what happens. Thank you

Thank you for your inquiry and sorry about the problem. Could you try the InstallFree option? You can download here:

When finished downloading, decompress the downloaded file and run Application\bin\Visual Paradigm.exe to start Visual Paradigm. Please let me know if it works.

I already did that process, but it does not execute anything, it still does not execute the program.

Hi Cristian,

It looks like a VM crash… Could you check the Application\bin folder and see if there is any .log file out there?
