Visual Paradigm does not start or very slowly

I was using VP 16.3 for a few months with an academic key, yesterday the instant generator could not generate any code. I rebooted my computer, tried to reinstall but still no reaction when trying to start VP? Can you please help me asap, I’m in the week of final exams about VP.

Thank you for your post and we are sorry about the problem. Since you are using an academic key, I was wondering if your classmates have the same problem? Could you give us your log file for diagnosis? You can collect the log file by following the steps written in the article below:
